Return Conditions:

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Incorrect, leaked, or defective products will be replaced free of charge.
• The product must remain unused, with the original seal and packaging completely intact.
• An unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel. Return/refund claims will not be accepted without this video.
• For health and hygiene reasons, skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product has been used.
